Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Estys for your Esthetician Services. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience, and to do so, we have established the following refund and Cancellation Policy. 

 

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

 

1. Appointment Changes and Cancellations:

  • Clients may reschedule, change, or cancel their appointment time(s) with at least 24 hours’ notice without any penalties.

 

  • Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or No-Show may result in 100% of the payment for services kept, and will need to provide 50% of the rescheduled service, or different service(s) payment.

 

  • A valid credit card may be required to secure appointments for new clients.

 

2. Late Arrivals:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your treatment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full service fees may apply.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

1. Service Satisfaction:

  • We aim to provide high-quality services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can address your concerns.

 

2. Refunds:

  • All services are non-refundable once completed or during your session. However, if you are dissatisfied, we may offer to redo the treatment or provide an alternative solution at our discretion. Please contact via email or speak with your Specialist.

 

3. Product Returns:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Opened products will not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or issue with the product.

  • We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via our website or at their next appointment.
